REGIONAL HEAD OF MARKETPLACE

Overall description

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with passion for digital service solutions and an entrepreneurial mindset. An high level of autonomy, flexibility and commitment will be required to manage multiple tasks in an highly growing and dynamic environment. He or she will have proven analytical capability and project management skills and will be customer focused, extremely detail-oriented, meet targets and able to prioritize effectively on a multi-task and fast changing environment. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of tasks, and identifying new business opportunities. This position will be based in London with possible travel across EU (e.g. Atomium HQ in Brussels)

Key responsibilities

• Analyze opportunities, develop and implement strategies to grow the Marketplace business through new channels and programs
• Define the drivers of success for these channels, including selection, quality, customer satisfaction, partner health, traffic and operational success
• Collaborate with the local leadership team in defining the strategy and product roadmap development and setting targets
• Report and manage growth of new channels post launch, achieving growth and profitability targets, developing effective traffic and online marketing strategies, scaling up and reducing costs while increasing efficiency
• Build trust-based, value-added relationships with senior decision makers by understanding their evolving priorities
• Continuous coordination with colleagues across country and different teams, particularly with stakeholders from the Operations team that are dealing with Universities and customers on a daily basis

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Master or MBA preferred) in engineering, economics & finance or other scientific subjects
• +10 yrs of professional experience in consulting, banking or other highly competitive environments
• Native Italian and fluent in English
• Ability to analyze data and proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

HEAD OF SALES

Position Overview

• The person in this role will be responsible to build long-lasting and growing relationships with Universities and companies across the country.
• The Sales Manager will also be responsible for expanding our commercial relationships and creating new ones.
• The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to confidently engage.
• In addition to sales acumen, candidates should have a conversational understanding of the most important markets and be comfortable articulating consultative services to a sophisticated audience.
• This position will report to the Management of the country and will initially be based in London with the possibility of relocation to other offices in the medium term.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trust-based, value-added relationships with senior decision makers by understanding their evolving priorities.
• Continuous coordination with colleagues across country and different teams, particularly with stakeholders from the operations team that are dealing with Universities and customers on a daily basis.
• Establish deep and long-lasting personal relationships with key stakeholders at Universities and customers acting as a business partner and with a marked focus on executive decision makers.
• Plan and execute against goals in terms of revenue/deal targets for a portfolio of Universities and prospects.
• Schedule, prepare materials, and run client meetings and calls.

HEAD OF MARKETING

Position Overview

The person in this role will be responsible to develop and implement an impactful marketing strategy through different channels. (S)he will manage the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and generate leads within two separate channels: Business (demand) and Academia (supply) partners.
The Head of Marketing will also be responsible for design and production of promotional materials, working with and managing third party agencies, designers and a variety of relevant stakeholders.

The candidate should have an excellent track-record of delivering impactful, engaging and KPI-driven marketing campaigns within the business and academia sector. (S)he will have experience within the corporate world and/or academia & research world.

This position will be based in London with frequent trips to the UK and the possibility of relocation to other offices the medium term.

Key Responsibilities

• Create marketing campaigns, including targeted KPIs and budget requirements
• Design ad-hoc marketing strategies to maximize outcomes on both the supply side (Academia partners and Researchers) and demand side (Business partners)
• Lead communications strategies, working closely with our media and creative agencies
• Report on findings, insights and provide business recommendations
• Manage daily social media content on platforms including posting, engagement, tagging, managing community, replying, etc

Required Skills

• 10+yrs professional experience in Marketing

BACK OFFICE

Position Overview

The person in this role will assist the President and will be responsible to co-coordinate the AI4People Project and its activities.

AI4People is a multi-stakeholder forum, bringing together all actors interested in shaping the social impact of new applications of AI, including the European Commission, the European Parliament, civil society organizations, industry and the media.

The person in this role will be a key stakeholder in the project . Will organize the works, guarantee the evolution of the project as defined by the agenda of the activities for the year.

Furthermore, the Back Officer will be responsible to organize the Forum Meetings and the annual Summit in Brussels (find venue, coordinate invitations, keep track of the attendees, manage the graphic designers for the preparation of the online and printing material, organize travel arrangements, etc.).

The Back Officer will also manage the Partnerships, as well as the relationships with the various members of the committees and the members of the different forums for each project.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to confidently engage.

In addition, candidates should have an interest in Artificial Intelligence and all related topics.

This position will report directly to the President. The candidate will have to be based in Milan with the possibility of relocation to other offices in the medium term, and will have to travel to Brussels.

Position Overview
Account manager responsibilities include maintaining long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients. Account Managers liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Manage client accounts to maintain relationship with clients.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Position Overview

The person in this role will be the fulcrum of services, being responsible of maintaining the relations with Universities, selected researchers and the business clients once the activities have started.

He/She will have great organizational skills in order to manage the coordination of multiple projects contemporarily.
He/She will enter in action in the moment when the specific requirement of the company will be communicated by the Sales Team and will have to be able to start the research of the potential researchers both through the internal database and thought the member universities, select the most suitable researcher and put him in contact with the client Business, coordinating the process until the end of every single project.
This position will refer directly to the Head of Operation.
The candidate for this position has to have an education related to at least one of the verticals treated our services (Business & Management; Engineering; Computer Science; Economics, Econometrics, Finance; Energy; Mathematics; Healthcare; Pharmaceutical) and will have to acquire a deep knowledge of the functioning, the services and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuous coordination with the colleagues throughout the country and various teams, particularly with the Sales Team.
